IQAC initiated to conduct FDP/workshop/ seminar/ Extension Lecture/ Campaign for the
development of students,teaching and non-teaching staffs, for this purpose IQAC suggested to
the Principal and Principal instructed to the HOD or Specific person to conduct the listed events.
SPTTCB conducted listed FDP/seminar/orientation/ induction programs/ Skill Development
Programme and some of these events organized as per UGC guidelines. Some faculties also
attended FDP/Seminar/ workshop/ Extension Lecture outside the college and almost all of the
faculties attended internal FDP. National and state level seminars has been conducted by the
concern committee of the college as initiated by IQAC. The committee ensured that all faculty
participate in the programme and enhance their competencies by organizing, attending and
contributing in international, national and regional level seminars, workshops and conferences.
Many faculty members attended online FDP/Seminars/workshops/webinars etc. The work was
held for promoting and facilitating the effective use of ICT in teaching and learning and for
promoting communication skills also. St. Paul Teachers’ Training College Birsinghpur conducted the following events :-
Session 2022-23 (1st July 2022 to 31st Dec. 2022 ) , Rallies , Day celebration , Extension Lecture , Cocurricular activities and cultural activities which include Celebration of Independence Day ,
Mehndi and Pot Painting Competition, Orientation Programme (B.Ed. 2022-24), Educational
Excursion , , One Day National Seminar and Celebrating all Eminent Personality and important
day celebrations.
